Terms and Conditions - Passion Play 2 Night Independent Package

ACCOMMODATIONS: Prices are per person, based on two persons sharing a double or twin-bedded room. The Turmwirt Hotel is 3-star, superior middle-class hotel. All rooms are furnished with the following amenities: private bath (tub or shower), toilet, color TV with CNN or Sky News, telephone, radio and mini-bar. Most rooms have a balcony with a spectacular view of the Alpine mountains. Tour participants without a roommate will have to pay the single room surcharge of $1,275.00. MEALS: Breakfast and dinner daily, lunch on performance date at the Turmwirt Hotel in Oberammergau (5 meals). NOT INCLUDED: Passport costs, health documentation costs (when required); food and beverages (including coffee and tea) not usually included with regular table d'hote meals; optional sightseeing tours and excursions; travel insurance, accident and baggage insurance; baggage handling; tips to persons rendering special services not specifically mentioned as included; items of a purely personal nature such as laundry, telephone and cable expenses, room service orders, etc.; transportation to and from Oberammergau not included. FOR YOUR PROTECTION - INSURANCE: Acting only as agents for suppliers, Wilcox World Travel and Tours is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of luggage and/or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accident and/or illness. For protection, it is important that you have adequate insurance to cover these possibilities. Additional information and application forms for these types of coverage will be supplied to you prior to departure. IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PASSPORT: As of October 2008, a U.S. passport must be valid three months beyond the return date of your trip and must be obtained in person by each tour member at a local passport office. VISAS: As of October 2008, a visa is not required for entry into Germany for US Citizens. PAYMENT: A full non-refundable payment of $500.00 per person is required immediately to confirm the Passion Play Package. Program conditions are subject to availability. All rates are quoted in US Dollars and are based on tariffs and costs in effect October 2008 and are subject to change without notice. Accepted form of payment include: check or money order or credit card. Receipt of your payment will be acknowledged within two weeks. Your Independent Passion Play Package vouchers will be forwarded approximately 30 days prior to the Passion Play performance date. NON REFUNDABLE PAYMENT SCHEDULE: The following payment schedule will be required for all participants (per person). $500.00 Passion Play Deposit Due at Registration - Non Refundable $400.00 Passion Play Payment Due Nov. 15, 2009 - Non Refundable $375.00 Passion Play Balance Due Jan. 15, 2010 - Non Refundable CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS: This program is non-refundable. Wilcox Travel reserves the right to replace the registered passenger with another (wait-listed) passenger upon failure to adhere to the payment dates above. SUBSTITUTION FEES: While payments for the program are non-refundable, participants may find a replacement passenger up to 91 days prior to departure for a $300.00 administrative fee. The replacement passenger must send in their payments using the above schedule. No replacements will be allowed within 90 days prior to departure. RESPONSIBILITY: Your tour operator, Wilcox Travel Agency, Inc./DBA Wilcox World Travel and Tours, an ARC/IATA appointed agent, act as agent for you in the making and securing of Passion Play Package with hotel accommodations in Oberammergau. Wilcox World Travel and Tours does not own, manage, control or operate any transportation vehicle, any hotel or restaurant or any other supplier of services. All vouchers, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers. Thus, by accepting the coupons and tickets and utilizing the services, you agree that neither Wilcox World Travel and Tours nor any of its Tour Hosts or Representatives shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage to you or your belongings or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences beyond its control including a breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, delay or cancellation of or changes in itineraries, or schedules, etc. Also, remember that travel documents are your responsibility as well as compliance with custom regulations. No employee of Wilcox World Travel and Tours can change the terms under which you agree to take this tour.
